４メートルの麻布には、善光寺の古い街並みからイメージした愛らしいかんざしに見立てたコーヒー植物たちをデフォルメ表現している。同じ素材の裏布には鮮やかな色彩でコスタリカの山並みを描き、２枚のタペストリーを山並みで繋いでいる。高い吹き抜け空間の中で、紗のような淡い布たちは、風にそよがれほのかに揺れる。
Starbucks Coffee Shinshu Zenkoji Nakamise-dori Atrium tapestry
On the 4-meter linen cloth, coffee plants are large scale into lovely ornamental tapestries inspired by the old streets of Zenkoji Temple. The backing fabric of the same material depicts a mountain range in Costa Rica in vivid colors, connecting the two tapestries by the mountain range. In the high atrium space, the pale fabrics, like gauze, sway faintly in the breeze.
